This application serves as a companion to the National Youth Program for Skills Development, specifically the AlNashia Scheme / Social Intelligence Program. Users can access all ten interactive learning modules focused on social intelligence through this platform.

Registration is required to obtain login details, which can be accessed via the Al Nashia dashboard at nashia.youth.om.

The Social Intelligence Program is designed for individuals aged 15 and older, offering a significant opportunity for growth in personal and professional domains. An online version of the program is also available at si.youth.om.

The curriculum consists of ten modules:

These modules address a broad spectrum of topics. Participants will gain valuable insights into teamwork, a crucial competency in academic settings and future employment scenarios. Developing a range of skills becomes increasingly important as individuals progress through various life stages, particularly as they encounter and overcome challenges.

This program offers a pathway to self-discovery, enabling participants to better understand their interactions with others and explore the five qualities (5Qs) that constitute social intelligence. The skills and attributes associated with the 5Qs are essential for addressing challenges encountered throughout academic, professional, and personal spheres.
